Songwriters to hold benefit October 21st

BIG NEWS FOR OUR GEORGIA FRIENDS!

On October 21st, Arete is partnering with Nashville Hitmakers, the award-winning lineup of country music songwriters, for a great night of Bluebird Cafe-style entertainment, storytelling, and laughs at Gwinnett County’s Infinite Energy Theater. The event will help Arete provide life-changing educational opportunities to underprivileged children.

Enjoy music legends Even Stevens, Paul Overstreet, Wynn Varble, Casey Beathard, Mike Loudermilk, and Scotty Emerick — the songwriters behind hits from Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, Eric Church, Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, Eddie Rabbit, Kenny Rogers, Randy Travis, and many more of country's biggest stars.

Hear blockbusters like “Don't Blink,” “Waitin’ On A Woman,” “Forever and Ever, Amen,” “When You Say Nothing At All,” "Right Where I Need To Be," “Beer For My Horses,” “I Love A Rainy Night,” and more — all performed by the artists who wrote them.

See what you're in store for in this short clip from last year's concert, with Hall of Famer Paul Overstreet doing his best B.B. King doing a Paul Overstreet original made famous by Randy Travis.

Tickets are available online at InfiniteEnergyCenter.com, at the venue box office, or by calling 770-626-2464. Email balford@aretescholars.org for sponsorship opportunities.

Please join us and help change the life of a child in need.
