INFORMATION FOR RETURNING GEORGIA APPLICANTS:
In GEORGIA, the 2024-25 scholarship application period opens on January 16th, 9am ET, for RETURNING SCHOLARSHIP STUDENTS ONLY. All current Arete scholarship families will receive an application code via email that will be required to reapply. Please check your email's spam folder if you have not seen it.
Please remember scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, and an application is not complete until all required documents are submitted. A completed application does not guarantee a scholarship.
INFORMATION FOR NEW GEORGIA APPLICANTS:
Arete Scholarships had hoped to add 300 new scholarships for the 2024-25 school year. Unfortunately, because the state fundraising cap was reached on the first day of filing, we are prevented from taking new student applications for the 2024-25 school year.
Despite Arete's record fundraising year in Georgia, our donors are limited by the state fundraising cap and can only give 64% of their original pledges. This year, the state fundraising cap cost Arete over $3 million, or approximately 385 new scholarships.
