For Barry Feinstein, supporting his community means helping create opportunities for the next generation. As a member of Arete Scholars’ Georgia Advisory Board, Barry is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to education and reach their full potential.

Barry believes investing in Georgia’s youth creates a lasting impact beyond the classroom. By helping students access quality educational opportunities, he recognizes the difference support can make not only in their lives, but also in their families' and communities' lives. His commitment reflects a belief that every child deserves the opportunity to discover their strengths, pursue their goals, and build a bright future.

Barry’s involvement with Arete Scholars is one way he puts that belief into action. Through his role on the Georgia Advisory Board, he helps support Arete’s mission of opening doors to educational opportunities for underserved students and families. The organization’s commitment to helping students reach their greatest, God-given potential is what inspires his continued support.

Outside of his work with Arete, Barry loves trying new things and embracing adventure. After making it his 2026 New Year’s resolution to take up a completely new hobby, he became an avid mountain biker, spending weekends exploring trails and bike parks around Acworth and Woodstock. In June, he took on another challenge by becoming a certified open-water scuba diver. His willingness to explore new interests reflects his enthusiasm for learning and making the most of new opportunities.
