- Georgia resident, AND
- Your child is entering K4-1st grade (child must be age 4 by September 1), OR
- Your child attended a Georgia public school or was homeschooled for one full grading period during 2024-25, OR
- Your child received a Georgia tuition tax credit scholarship in 2024-25, AND
- Your gross household income is lower than the following maximum amounts:

Scholarships are provided on a first-applied, first-awarded basis as funds are available. To qualify for a scholarship in Georgia for 2025-26, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
